It has 2 separate water outlets, a total heating capacity of 12 kW + 12 kW = 24 kW, and features dual heat control (dual water outlet), allowing water up to +90°C to be drawn from each outlet separately. Therefore, water at different temperatures can be supplied to the fixed and movable sides of the mold.
*Since each water outlet has its own circulation pump, water can be obtained from each outlet at DIFFERENT FLOW RATES and DIFFERENT PRESSURE.
* Temperature control is achieved with a 3-way proportional motorized valve. Therefore, the temperature accuracy is +/- 0.3°C. Water flow rate is 2 x (4.8-15.0 m3/hour) (min - max).
* It has a DIRECT COOLING system. This means it can DIRECTLY feed water from the main cooling unit into the MOLD. Therefore, this unit can be connected to a THERMOCONVECTOR unit instead of a CHILLER. This results in both lower energy consumption and a reduced heat load on the chiller.
*The model device's 7" TOUCHSCREEN displays values such as WATER FLOW RATE PASSING THROUGH THE MOLD, MOLD INLET PRESSURE, MOLD OUTLET PRESSURE, AND PRESSURE LOSS IN THE MOLD, etc.
* The resistors used are made of STAINLESS STEEL.
*The device has an OPC-UA interface for Euromap 82.1 connection. Thanks to the INTELLIGENT OPERATING SYSTEM, it is possible to achieve much more efficient and higher quality production by controlling the operating parameters and guiding the operator regarding cycle time and product quality.
