Note:
• According to the license plate photo of this winch, the load capacity is 1600 kg, the breaking strength is 59 kN, and the engine power is 2.5 kW.
• The total length is 20 meters. Movement course is 2 meters.
• The winch must have a brake and a limit switch. The winch control is done with automation, but the following items must be available on the winch:
• Wire rope limit switch, for the Beginning and end of the course, you have at least one NC contact (in the DEMAG winch set, each of these limits has two NCs, but one of them was used).
• The DEMAG winch set has a brake that when the motor is energized, the conical rotor of the motor comes out of the braking mode and rotates, and when it is de-energized, it is engaged with the brake pad by a rotor spring
• A box must be installed next to the winch in such a way that wiring is done from the motor and limits to the terminals of this box.
• This equipment will be installed and used indoors (winch will be used indoors).
• This equipment will be used to open the furnace door vertically (lifting loads).
• This equipment is installed on the ground, so it belongs to the fixed hoist group
