SFS (incl. NCW 11)
The SFS is a self-cleaning filter unit for 1 extraction arm.
The unit is equipped with a filter, type FCC30. The FCC30 is
a cellulose DuraFilter©. The filter has a surface area of 30 m² and
an efficiency of 99.8% (EU9). Since the filter is made of cellulose,
It is not suitable for heavily oil-treated steel. The filter is designed for
the following applications economically:
- MIG/MAG solid wire > 700 kg/year
- MIG/MAG flux-cored wire > 500 kg/year
- TIG
- Rutile electrodes > 500 kg/year
- Basic electrodes > 500 kg/year
The filter is automatically cleaned with the help of a compressed air shower (the
RoboClean© system). The unit contains a
Differential pressure switch that activates the cleaning mechanism when
the resistance of the filter becomes too high. The captured particles
are blown off the filter by the compressed air shower and then fall
into a removable container.
A control box CB(-WCS) is required to control the unit.
A mounting bracket is included for installation.
Weight of the unit is 85 kg. The unit is on both sides
with an inlet and outlet Ø160 mm. The device requires a
Compressed air connection of 4-5 bar (60 NL/min.). The compressed air must
be dry and oil-free.
