Flow Meter / Akış Metre

Badger Meter, akış ölçümü, su dağıtımı, su tasarrufu ve benzeri alanlarda ölçüm cihazları üreten bir şirkettir. Bu şirketin ürün yelpazesi genellikle su ve akış ölçüm teknolojilerini içerir.

Badger Meter'ın ürünleri:

Akış Ölçerleri: Sıvılar, gazlar veya buharlar gibi medyaların akışını ölçen cihazlar.

Su Sayacı ve Ölçüm Sistemleri: Su tüketimini ölçen, izleyen ve yöneten cihazlar.

Veri Toplama ve Haberleşme Sistemleri: Akıllı sayaçlar ve ağ altyapısı üzerinden veri toplama ve iletişim sağlayan sistemler.

Su Tasarrufu ve Yönetim Çözümleri: Su verimliliğini artırmaya yönelik çeşitli çözümler.

Debimetreler, içlerinden geçen sıvı, gaz veya buhar miktarını ölçen cihazlardır. Bazı debimetreler bir süre boyunca debimetreden geçen sıvı miktarı olarak ölçülür (dakika başına 100 litre gibi).

Akış metreler, birçok endüstriyel uygulamada kullanılır. Örneğin, petrol ve gaz endüstrisinde, kimya endüstrisinde, su ve atık su arıtma tesislerinde, enerji üretiminde ve diğer birçok uygulamada kullanılır. Akış metreler, proses kontrolü, üretim miktarının ölçümü, kalite kontrolü, enerji tasarrufu ve diğer uygulamalar için önemlidir.

Akış metreleri, farklı ilkelere dayanan birkaç farklı tipi vardır. Bazıları şunlardır:

* Diferansiyel basınç akış metreleri: Sıvının veya gazın akış hızı, boru hattındaki basınç farkı ile ölçülür.

* Elektromanyetik akış metreleri: Sıvının veya gazın akış hızı, boru hattındaki manyetik alan değişimleri ile ölçülür.

* Kütle akış metreleri: Sıvının veya gazın akış hızı, boru hattındaki kütlesel akış ölçümü ile ölçülür.

* Ultrasonik akış metreleri: Sıvının veya gazın akış hızı, boru hattındaki ultrasonik dalgaların hızı değişimleri ile ölçülür.

* Vortex akış metreleri: Sıvının veya gazın akış hızı, boru hattındaki vortex yapısı ve frekans değişimleri ile ölçülür.

Akış metrelerinin doğru şekilde seçilmesi ve kurulması önemlidir, aksi takdirde yanlış ölçümler yapılabilir veya cihazın performansı etkilenebilir.
