OXITEC Economy sintered metal filter disc Length: 500 mm The filter head is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4571 (316ss) and has a sintered metal filter. The basic probe has a filter head with a length of approx. 500 mm, whereby the probe reaches this immersion depth. Larger immersion depths are through correspondingly longer filter heads achieved. The filter head is located in the flue gas duct at the probe tip above the ZrO2 sensor. It is a diffusion filter, even at high dust loads not polluted. For checking the measuring accuracy and at Calibration of the OXITEC-O2 analyzer system is done with air or a any other test gas, with known O2 concentration, the filter volume rinsed and test gas instead of flue gas is measured.
