Cryostar - CO2 Pump
1- It will be hydraulic motor driven. The CO2 pump of the system will be hydraulically driven. The hydraulic unit that provides the pump drive will be able to be placed in a different section to meet the GMP and fire safety requirements. 2- It should be suitable for liquid-liquid operation. 3- It must be piston type. 4- Piston monitoring system should be available. 5- It should have a minimum flow rate of 180 kg/hour and a maximum flow rate of 240 kg/hour. 6- Working pressure should be maximum 350 Bar. Safety valves must be in compliance with this condition and international standards. 7- It should be able to work with 1% dosing precision. 8- The hydraulic oil reservoir must be at least 100 liters. 9- It should include hydraulic oil cooling and filtering system. 10- It should be a pallet type hydraulic pump. 11- It should contain long-lasting solenoid valves that provide metal-to-metal sealing. 12- There should be a double ball check valve system. 13- Electrohydraulic flow-pressure control valve should be available for precise flow and pressure control. 14- Stroke must be adjusted and it must be automatically adjustable. 15- There should be a safety valve and a rupture disc on it. 16- It should be at least 5.5 kW.
